Tapo always disconnected

I have 2 Tapo C200 at home. And one always disconnected all the time. Can anyone please help me what to do ?

Hi,
If one of your cameras displays offline all the time on your Tapo app no matter whether your phone is connected to the home Wi-Fi or not, it's suggested to press the reset button on the camera for 10s to factory reset it, and then reconfigure it for a try.
Please pay attention to the LED status on the camera after resetting it and configuring it. It will have a solid green light if it's working fine.
