Tappo camera going offline after some time Help me please.
I have tapo c201 camera connect with Archer MR200.
I have problem now my camera going offline after some time .Is there any settings need to change on router?

What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The LED status on the Tapo C201 when it shows offline on the Tapo app. Is your phone connected to the same router's Wi-Fi when the camera shows offline on the Tapo app?
2. How do you recover the camera status after the issue occurs?
3. Do you have a stable connection when connecting to the Archer MR200's Wi-Fi? You can reboot the router and check if it helps.

When the showing offline the led status of the camera was solid green. Camera and my mobile connect with same wifi.
After showing offline I do restart my router then my camera will be online on app
Yes I have stable WiFi connection in my router
Is there any options change in router? How I fix this problem?

Hi,
If the LED on the camera is solid green, it means the camera is working fine.
If the problem happens again and your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, please check if you can ping the camera's IP address on your phone. Then disable the Wi-Fi on your phone and use mobile data on it, force close the Tapo app, reopen it, and check if you can manage the camera.
