Tapo Steckdose lässt keinen Strom durch

Meine Steckdose lässt sich problemlos mit der App verbinden, lässt aber, wenn auf "on" gestellt, keinen Strom durch.
Neustart, reset etc haben nichts genützt. Gibt´s noch einen Trick, oder muss ich sie entsorgen?

Does the status LED change when you switch the button on and off? Try to change a different load device, such as a lamp.
