My camera will not boot up it just has a solid red light, is it possible to manually reflash the firmware?

Hi,
You can try the following steps.
1. Reboot the camera, and ensure it's powered by the original power adapter.
2. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
3. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, and check if the LED changes.
4. If the LED is flashing green and red, you can try to configure the camera via the Tapo app. If the LED has no change, you can contact the retailer or local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
