Tapo H200 smart hub interfering with existing house alarm (rf jam)

Hello, ivbought a Tapo smart hub H200. Set it up etc but now my pre existing house alarm is not happy. Won't stop beeping and shows a warning code (RF Jam). It thinks someone is trying to tamper with my alarm sensors. It's obviously the signal being sent around by the smart hub that it's not happy with.
Is there a way to change the channel or frequency that the hub is sending/using? And if so how do I do that?
please and thank you.

have it sorted. Had to upgrade to the latest version of the existing house alarm. The old alarm was here since way before all these smart products where even a thing. So was seeing the signals/ frequencies as a potential threat ie sombody trying to scramble the radio frequencies intentionally.

What's the brand and model of your house alarm? Under what circumstances does your alarm system set off and report an error? After the H200 is plugged in? After the H200 is wired to the router? Or after pressing the sync button?

@Wayne-TP Hello, It's the Simon XT alarm that PhoneWatch installed many moons ago. All i have to do is plug in / power up the Tapo H200 smart hub and the Simon XT throws up the rf jam error and starts beeping.
PhoneWatch say that an complete upgraded alam system from them wil fix said issue......But sure of course theyre going to say that to get the sale.
