Is it normal for the Tapo C520WS to make a noise when tilting up and down? The noise is not very loud, except when heard through the device's microphone. It sounds like a fishing rod casting a line.
The camera does make sounds when it rotates. If the sound is not loud, as you mentioned, and can only be heard using the camera's microphone, that's normal. There's no need to worry.
