S210 working only locally
Switch can not connect to cloud, server. it is working only locally. Also can not update firmware. Other devices works OK

Check the following suggestions if your Tapo SubGHz device disconnects from the cloud and shows 'Local Only'.
1. Check whether the Tapo hub can be controlled (ring) remotely, such as when the phone uses cellular data. If the smart hub cannot be controlled remotely either, check the suggestions here in Case 2. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices
2. Reboot the smart device.
3. Reboot Tapo hub and router.

hi there I have exactly the same problem with the 2 S210 switches I just bought. I then managed to connect to the cloud by resetting and connecting to another Hub but still I cannot see them in the list of devices when I want to create an automation or any kind of smart action.
the rest of all my many Tapo products are working just fine with smart actions...

Are the smart hubs under the same WiFi network? Can the switches be controlled remotely now within the Tapo app?
Normally, even if a device is offline, it will still appear as an option in the smart action. Maybe try to re-open the app, or re-install it?

it's working now. It came to normal over the night and I did nothing. I think it was a cloud issue on your Tapo side.
