Hi,

I bought last year C500 and it works perfectly with Echo Alexa microphone. I can communicate from my Echo Alexa with any comes to my front door. I bought Tapo C520WS thinking it would have better communication performance but I noticed it doesn´t show up microphone feature in Echo Alexa. Does anyone knows if this is related to a feature I have not activated or really is about firmware version doesn´t allow to activate this feature? I appreciate your help.
