Firmware Version: 1.2.4

I have a tapo 325wb and I have a problem at night when the image is of poor quality. Unless I turn on the light, I can't see anything on the camera. I have experience with cheaper cameras where the image is of better quality. Can you advise me if this is normal?

Hi,
1. On the camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, have you selected the highest value? If not, please select the best video quality option.

2. How many devices stream the camera's live feed at night? If you reboot the camera, will the image quality be better?
