Hi,

I've been using the Tapo video doorbell since February. I'm pretty happy with it, but I have an issue with the two-way call. The performance is horrible every time I try to make a two-way call with someone. They can not understand me or vice versa. 

As a result, I ended up using a quick response instead of a two-way call. 

What can we do about this?
