Hello,

I have a C220 Camera that worked just fine until yesterday and now it will not connect to wifi anylonger.

Pairing doesn't work, but I also got the cannot connect to the internet popup. The camera starts with a blinking red green led after reset and ends up with a red led and the connection cannot be established.

I have spent an hour now, deleted the camera from the app, used two IPhones, created a separate 2.4GZ network, but still no luck.

I give up.

Please advise.

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the below instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to set up your camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?

You can check if the below steps help if the problem remains.
    1) Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset your camera, reconfigure it with a different phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if it can be configured successfully.

    2) What's the model number of your Wi-Fi router? Reboot your router for a try, and ensure it's working.

    3) Please set the different Wi-Fi names for the 2.4G and 5G bands, and ensure the security type is WPA2-PSK. If the password has special characters, change the password for a try.

Best Regards
