Consider add either a Tapo H100 or H200 hub to work as an additional chime.
H200 can connect both Tapo SubG IoT devices and cameras/doorbells, while H100 supports IoT devices only. You can choose the appropriate hub based on whether you have plans to purchase related products in the future.

From the description, it seems like your C420 camera unable to pair with the H200 hub, for this issue, you can refer to the suggestions here. What can I do if the battery-powered cameras fail to pair with the Tapo H200?
