Tapo P115 smart plugs not working
I ordered a pair of Tapo P115 smart plugs fro mamazon a couple of days ago but after receiving them I have not beem able to connect to them via the Tapo app on my iphone. Resetting them does not work and I've made multiple attempts and changed sockets but nothing works. I'v previously bought P100 and those worked without a hitch directly but P115 seems dead on arrival (the lamps are blinking exatcly as described in the instructions but the app on my phone can't find them). I have no idea what to do now.

Please check the configuration method indicated on the product packaging, WiFi Setup or Bluetooth Setup. When starting the configuration process in the app, ensure that you select the correct configuration method for the product.
Double-check whether Tapo app is granted with the Local Network permission in the iPhone App settings. Try to use another mobile device to do the setup.
