Tapo c200: blinking red led, will not connect

Hi,
If the Tapo C200 has a flashing red LED, please press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, and when it has a flashing red and green light, you can try to reconfigure it to connect to the new Wi-Fi network.
If you fail to set up the camera, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
