Tapos Smart Contact Sensor T110 (US) Version 1.26
My Tapo Hub H100 (US) Ver. 1.20 can not add my Tapo Smart Contact Sensor T110 (US) Version 1.26.
But my Smart Motion Sensor Tapo T100 (EU) Version. 1.20 works fine with my H100 (US) Ver 1.20.

These models are TP-Link SubG devices that operate exclusively within the specified Sub-1G band. Different regions support different frequency bands.
The US version of the hub purchased locally in the Philippines has likely been customized to comply with local regulations, which allows it to connect with EU version sensors. In your case, you may return the device bought from Amazon US and buy a new one locally in the Philippines.
We do not recommend purchasing devices across countries, as products sold in different regions may have variations in functionality and specifications due to differing local laws and regulations. There are risks that the products cannot be used across borders.

Will my Tapo App recognize the US Hub 100 if I bought one to use these sensors?

You mean get another hub from Amazon US? As I understand the device configuration within the Tapo app is not affected by the device version. The known compatibility issues currently exist between different versions of sub-G devices.
However, we still want to emphasize that we do not recommend buying TP-Link products from another country. TP-Link does not offer a global warranty. And there may be unforeseen risks that could render certain products or features unusable.
