Model: HS200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

It worked fine for a couple of years. Now is not turning ON (app or the switch itself). In the app it say not connected. Tried to connect again but only green and white circle are flashing. Reset didn't do anything. Any ideas? Thank you.

Please clarify whether the issue refers to the switch being unresponsive and offline in the app, or if the switch cannot control the connected lights even when using the physical button.

1. If it's the former, try to reset the kasa switch and reconfigure it.

2. If it's the latter, and there have been no recent changes to the wiring of the switch, there may be a hardware issue.

  • Try installing this switch in another location to see if it can control the lights there.
  • Replace the Kasa switch with another switch to see if it can control the lights in this location.

After conducting comparative tests, if a hardware fault in the smart switch is suspected, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to process the warranty
