Just curious, are you on the free trial Tapo Care? Or Paid subscription?

Have you tried to uninstall the app, and reinstall, then re-login?  Also, may try to disable the camera from Tapo Care, then re-enable again?  Sorry, no expert here, just also new to Tapo camera system.

You can also reboot the camera and check if it helps.

Where did you see the error message "Request error"? Would you please send us a picture of it?

When did the problem start to happen?
