Hi,

 

regional settings are correct. when only pressing save on the already right region zone, time changes to correct time instead of + 1 hour.

 

How to solve this?

Is your camera linked with any RTSP/ONVIF software or devices like NAS or NVR? If that's the case, it is possible that the device time has been modified by them, please try disconnecting the camera from them and observe if the device time still appears to change.

Do you mean the time displayed on the camera live page is inconsistent with the time zone in the camera settings?

 

Do you have a VPN enabled on your phone and is the time zone of your phone system accurate?

 

What region are you from? Has daylight saving time recently ended?

thanks for replying. yes, time displayed on live camera feed is +1 hour. No VPN installed on phone Europe/Amsterdam is selected. and when only pressing save on the settings page in the app. time is corrected on the feed
