Hub H200 no colour light
Just bought a doorbell, D230 with Hub H200, trying to set it up but can't connect to Hub. The light is not on, I tried different sockets but it won't come on.
This morning we failed to set it up and I was advised to reset the hub. The light did work this morning and was initially red and after it turned to green. After reset, the light won't come on at all. Any advice?

Does the hub show any light if you reset it again? Do you use the original power adapter? Make sure the cable is tightly plugged in. Test the adapter with another appliance if you have any.
Possibly a hardware issue with the hub or adapter. If that's the case, contact retailer or local support team to proceed with the warranty.
