Hi,

I bought some tapo C100 and C110 to used them with RSTP and ONVIF but when I try to log them in ISPY of other NVR I got wrong password each time.

I Try on VLC for the RSTP and it's don't work

I enter the user name in the account of the camera and the password without any letter but don't seem to work at all,did I am alone to have this problem ?

Hi,
Below are the instructions to establish the RTSP/ONVIF connection.
How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol

In your situation, please ensure you have entered the camera account when establishing the RTSP/ONVIF connection rather than use the TP-Link account info.

Best Regards
