Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

How can we connect from a program or another device to the hub?

Are there API's available?

Can we control the devices with API can we get the events?

Easiest way would be by ethernet but it seems to support Matter?

Any info available how to communicate with this device by Matter?

Thanks!

Tapo H200 supports Matter bridge, which makes some Tapo SubGHz devices that do not support the Matter protocol able to be used on the Matter platform after associating with H200.

Tapo SubGHz devices should be paired to H200 first. Then within the Tapo App, find and scan the Matter code of the H200 on its device page to link the hub to a Matter platform.

Note: Due to the limitations of the current development of the Matter protocol and the adaptability of different Matter platforms, some types of smart devices are not supported on certain Matter platforms.
