Poor Audio Quality C225 C500
I recently bought Tapo C225 and C500 cameras. The audio quality of both cameras is poor, so I can't hear conversations clearly. They are much worse than my old TP-link cameras. I notice that the background noise level of the old cameras is high, but I can hear the conversations clearly. I think the issue of the new cameras is caused by the noise cancellation. But I can't find a way to disable the noise cancellation feature.
I read from another post that other users of C220 solved this issue with another firmware:

I would like to know where I can find the firmware to disable noise cancellation for C225 and C500. Thanks a lot!

Hi,
I have sent the new firmware to the Tapo C225 with MAC address(XXXX-C8-85), please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.

@Solla-topee Where Can I find the firmware? In the Tapo App I do not see any update avilable?

@Solla-topee I updated the firmware to 1.1.0 Build 241213 Rel.56316n and it was successful (see Screeshot-1) and I see an improvement in Audio. However when I tried to turn off auto-update I hit the Check Update again by mistake and afterward it updated again but now it always shows as firmware needs update to the same version (see Screeshot-2). Please help resolve this.

Hi,
Please force close the Tapo app and log in to it again, then check if the "new firmware available" page will disappear since your camera is up to date.
