Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.13

The camera is not accepting the microSD card which meets all specified standards.

My SD Card: SanDisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I Card 32 GB

The following error message pops up when formatting: "This microSD card seems to have an abnormal expansion capacity which may put your data at risk. Replacing the microSD card is recommended."

Kindly help me resolve this issue since I bought this microSD card specifically for this camera and it can't be replaced.

Attaching screenshot from Tapo app:

Also attaching microSD card packet photo for further clarification:

Hi
If your microSD card cannot be recognized or cannot be formatted, here are some suggestions:
Note: Ensure your camera firmware and app version are up-to-date before you try the suggestions. Before initialization, remember to back up important files.

    1. Turn off the camera, and remove and re-insert the SD card several times. Then turn on the camera and check if the SD card can be recognized.

    2. Clear the app cache and format the SD card in the Tapo APP again

    3. Verify the status of your microSD card. Insert the card into a computer with an SD card reader to see if it is recognized. Test the card with third-party software such as H2testW to ensure the SD card is good. Here is an instruction to verify an SD card, and please send me a picture of the test results.

    4. Try a different SD card if you have one.

For detailed troubleshooting, please refer to the instructions: What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?

Best Regards
