Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.3.13

My Tapo C200 shows a continuous red light. When I am home I can see the room it is in and it shows that it is connected to my WiFi network but when I am away from home it will not

connect.

Hi,
From your description, your Tapo camera is connected to the router's WI-Fi network but has no internet connection or does not connect to our cloud server so you can't control it remotely. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported case.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The test results of the above steps.
2. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.
3. Your network diagram, such as ISP—wireless router ))) ((( Tapo C200.  What's the model number of your wireless router?
