Cannot share

Have 2 camera's at 2 different addresses. Would like to share 1 with family. But everytime i try to share it sais " cannot be shared with the tp link that manages this device. I do not understand what i have to do to solve this. Thx in advance

Not exactly. It should be the email that has registered as a TP-Link ID. You can check more details here: How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with family
