The main brush is stuck. I have always kept it clean and in good working order. Any ideas. It is only 4 months old.

Which Tapo robot vacuum do you have? What model?
How does the main brush stuck? Can you share a video (YouTube/cloud drive link) or some pictures here?

Try running the robot vacuum without the main brush, and see if it still reports an error.

Rv10- the machine just stops and then i get a brush error report. I have done all of the recommended cleaning, and i have kept it clean everyday. It is also only 4 months old.
