Why are the cloud recordings shorter than my SD card recordings can this be changed so cloud recordings and SD card recordings are the same
Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page to check your enabled detection types and activity zone, and check if the event happens within the activity zone but is not recorded.
Please send me the pictures of the detection page and the activity zone page.
2. Can you share the cloud video clip and the video clip saved on the microSD card for the same event?
