My camera is very slow if the memory is full.and it could not be access..It takes 3 minutes to access

Please ensure the Tapo app on your phone is the latest one, and turn off the VPN if there is one, then check if you can access the camera faster.
What's the model number and capacity of your SD card? Do you access the camera's live view or the video recordings stored in the SD card slowly?
When you access the camera, is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera or not?
