Model: NC450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: NC450_v1.5.0_181022

Unable to setup NC450 after firmware upgrade and frequent restarts and disconnections, followed the instructions given in this thread but I can't seem to access the default access 192.168.0.10 for the camera even after following all the steps. Every time the browser just displays "This site can't be reached" or "Connection timed out", please help.

Hi,
You can refer to the following steps to have a try.
1. With the camera powered on, press and hold the WPS/Reset button (for more than 5 seconds) until the System LED turns off. Then release the button and wait for the camera to reset to its factory default settings.

2. If you need to configure the camera, please refer to the link below to have a try.
How to set up cloud camera with tpCamera APP?

3. Refer to the instructions below to log in to the camera's web UI if needed.
How to log in to the cloud camera’s Web Interface?

If you fail to configure the camera and can't log in to the camera's web UI, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
