Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. On the camera's Device Settings>Detection page, please send me a picture of it.
On the Device Settings>Doorbell page, please send me a picture of it, and confirm if the Doorbell Video Call feature is enabled.
2. Please send me a picture of the Device Settings>Notifications page.
3. "Both apple and android phones have stopped sounding the doorbell chime. "
Do you mean you can't see the banner on your phone after opening the Tapo app and when someone is pressing the doorbell? If not, please describe the usage scenario in detail.
4. On the Tapo app>Home tab>Bell icon at the top right corner, please tap your D230 to enter its message page, can you receive a notification here when someone is pressing the doorbell?
