Hi,

Do you mean when the camera's privacy mode is enabled, it will alarm when detecting a person?

If so, please help confirm the following information when the problem happening:
1. Send me a screenshot of the camera's Live View page.
2. Send me a screenshot of the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and a screenshot of the Alarm feature page. If you have enabled the Notification feature, did you received notification this time?
3. You can try to reboot the camera, or factory reset and reconfigure the camera, then check if the camera will work fine.
