TC60 not connect with iSpy
HI,
I have 3 Tapo cameras connected to LAN. C200, C500 and T60. Each cam has a different username with the Tapo app. The password is identical. I fixed the DHCP IP address by associating the Mac address. They have a different and static IP in the LAN. The ISPY app is enabled for the firewall (public and private).
I can see C200 and C500 with ISPY but TC60 gives me this error:
And VLC return this message
Ping works

@Francesco58
Hi,
You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot the issue.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?
Please confirm the following information after troubleshooting.
1. If you have inserted an SD card into the camera.
2. How many devices stream the TC60 simultaneously? Including via the Tapo app and RTSP/ONVIF stream.
3. You can try to reboot the camera and only stream the camera via the iSpy or VLC program on your PC, then check if you can stream the camera successfully.
Best Regards
