Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 build 231107 rel.67816n

I just bought this camera on Amazon, and noticed that when the motion tracking is on, either (people or motion), it doesn't track properly,  so, I checked the settings, and the image for the activity zone is pointing down, and in infra red. 

Where does this image come from and how do I reset it so that the image actually represents the normal scope of where i have my camera pointed at all times? I can't find a way to change the activity zone anywhere, and my only options are to select a detection zone within the improper activity zone image. Selecting "clear all" or "add" does not change the activity zone, but only effects the detection zone.

It seemed to work at first, then all of a sudden this happened, and I did not set it up this way. Please help me fix this or im sending it back to Amazon. 0fe286b5a59b4c5894bbbe718b3a59ac

Hi,
On the Tapo app>Cameras tab, please tap on the Play icon on your Tapo C510W, once you can watch the camera's live stream, wait for two seconds, then tap the Manage button and go to the camera's Live View page, ensure the Live View page load properly, then go to the Device Settings>Detection page to check if the activity zone page displayed correctly.

If not, please ensure your Tapo app and the camera's firmware are up to date, and you can reboot the camera, and log in to the Tapo app with a different phone for a try.
