I have the same problems with my newly bought L535 bulbs. Some are loosing connection and others cannot be turned off, they stay with a dimmed yellow light. No problem with my WIZ bulbs. That's really disappointing.

 

Are there any updates comming soon?

What router are you using? Please share your network topology here. 

 

Is your L535E connected to Apple Home? Which Apple Matter controller do you use?

Here is my update,

 

The beta firmware update solves the problems I reported days ago.

Wayne was helpful

 

Now, why customers have to run beta firmware in our networks? Not a situation I am confortable with.

When is going to be an official firmware update because I have to make buying decisions.

 

I bought the L535 because of the matter logo.

 

Please consider what you are doing to matter adoption and your brand.

Someone was wondering  if it was about multiple aps. It is not. The disconnects happen with just one ap

I also need the new firmware.

 

I have 26 Tapo L530 Bulbs that all went offline at once and nothing is bringing them back.

 

Using DECO PX50 Mesh with One PX50 setup as a Wi-Fi router.

 

All bulbs and IOT had been working for months and this last week the Tapo L530 Bulbs started going offline.

 

Rebooted the the entire DECO Mesh Systemsystem and now all of the 26 Tapo L530 Bulbs are offline.

 

WIFI is working fine for all other devices.

 

Bulbs and Deco PX50s all on latest FW.

 

Please help!

This thread is about Tapo L535, not L530. Please open a new thread and include more detailed information of your case. 

 

For example, are the smart bulbs still connected to WiFi when they show offline? Do you see them on router's client list?

 

How many smart devices are connected to the IOT network?

 

What's the firmware version of your Deco and the L530?

Same problem here.  I have 4 bulbs and they disconnect after 3 or 4 days and don't reconnect anymore.  I have to remove them and add them again with the Tapo app and the cycle repeats.

Hardware Version: 3.0

Firmware Version: 1.1.5 Build 240328 Rel.194528

 

Router is a Huawei EG8145X6-10. But the bulbs connect to it through two tpPLC access points (TL-PA7017 4.0, TL-WPA7517 2.0, TL-WPA7517 1.0)
