tapo c220 keeps disconnecting(going offline)
My tapo C220 is kinda useless because it keeps going offline.
It is placed next to a c200 and they are both connected to the same wifi network. (from-43 to -50RSI)
c200 works like a charm while C220 disconnects while still showing solid green light.

Hi
Generally, the image on the Line-Crossing Detection page will automatically sync with the camera's Live View page. Please try to go to the camera's Live View page to ensure the page is loaded successfully, then wait for a while, maybe 30 seconds, then go to the Line-Crossing Detection page to check if the image will sync with the Live View page. If not, force close the Tapo app and reopen it, update the Tapo app to the latest one, and reboot the camera for a try.

Hi,
The new firmware(1.1.9 Build 240223 Rel.56143n) is fully rolled out, once your Tapo C220 is online, you can update the firmware via the Tapo app.
How to update the firmware of the Tapo&Kasa devices on the Tapo App?
Best Regards

Hoping for Firmware 1.1.19 for Tapo cams C115 and C225 too. They keep getting offline and not reconnecting to Wifi6 2.4Ghz Wifi. It's annoying.
My other devices have no connection problems, only Tapo cams.
Please fix!

From what i gather MANY folks are complaining about disconnect (going offline) and i have 4 C520WS all doing the same. Strangely, i look at Deco App and shows my devices going off line & back on line, very random but when offline if i take the Tapo App i can see and control the camera so technically it’s not off line even though Deco reports it off line.
I wish someone at TP-Link take time to setup a mesh system and cameras and see by themselves the issue, then FIX IT.
PS. signal are all strong, so it ain’t power related. i guess the Deco are not seeing “heartbeat” from camera thus thinking itks offline.
PS 2. Would i recommend Deco/TP-Link…. at the moment it’s a big no. Product is not reliable.

Hi,
It seems to be a display issue on the Deco app since the Tapo cameras work actually, it's recommended to start a new thread here for further help.
