Hi,
Does the picture show video clips on March 10, 2024, belonging to the Tapo C500? I did not see the video recordings from the Tapo C400 and C500, can you share them again?
Please note that due to the mechanism of the battery camera's PIR sensors, the battery camera may not detect objects moving directly toward it to some extent.
What is the Wake-up Sensitivity of my battery camera/doorbell?
Usually, you can contact the retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty, and contact the retailer to check if you can get a refund.
Best Regards

@Atti64 same issue.. 2 cameras, cross each other paths, perpendicular, one captures events out a little further, but they miss events, and are much recording at much less distance I want... disappointed... example, I would expect at least 30 feet out.. no obstacles...one get 25-30 feet, other gets 15-20 feet.. anything beyond that is not recorded... Cameras C420, with Hub and SDCard card. The cameras are up on 10 foot high poles.
