Motion detection notifies to me. But device shows that it is offline. We have an active internet connection and the device was working properly for 6 months already. The device should not show offline.

Please try to uninstall the Tapo app, clean caches on your phone, reinstall the Tapo app, and check if your camera shows online status on the Tapo app.
What's the LED status on the camera if the problem remains? And what MAC address of the camera? You can send me the MAC address via private message.

What's the model number of your router, and is the camera connected to it via Wi-Fi directly?
