Solution Tapo/Kasa Light Strip Color Painting Segment “OFF” Doesn't Work

Issue Description/Phenomenon:
When using the Color Painting feature to set colors for the light strip, if you set some zones to OFF, that segment of the light strip will emit white light instead of turning off completely (OFF).
