Hello TP-Link Users,
We've recently heard from our users about BT Email users experiencing difficulties in receiving TP-Link verification emails, such as account activation, password reset, or two-step verification (2FA) emails.
Our investigation revealed that BT has blocked emails originating from TP-Link's domain. TP-Link is currently in contact with BT to address the blocking issue and restore normal email delivery.
