I've got one of eight KT100 TRV's which stops communicating with the App. It's only two days old, no error messages are sho
Kindly confirm whether this KE100 disconnects from the hub KH100 by checking the Connected Device list of the KH100.
Try relocating the device to avoid disconnection problems with KH100 caused by distance or environmental interference.
Does this device show up offline in the app, or is it not properly controlled by the app? If it's the latter, please test to see if it's working properly under the local network?
