Hi,
Please reboot the doorbell, remove the inserted SD card from the doorbell if there is one, and try to press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the doorbell. If the LED status is still the same as before, you can contact the local team or retailer to check if your doorbell is under warranty.
