Hi everyone,

I've just bought a tapo c200

I've done the first  setup with the mobile app

-connected the device to internet (home wifi - firewall disable for this activity - the c200 is really close to the router)

-connected the device on my mobile app account

The app suggested to upgrade the firmware from  1.1.22 to 1.3.4 build 230424 Rel. 76394n

I've started the updating

the device led starts to blink green

It took a lot of time but the device was not update at the end. Still firmware 1.1.22

I repeated the action many times with the same results.

I've also tried to change the wifi

-Ive reset the c200 and set a mobile phone wifi connection

Same result, same firmware 1.1.22

What I can do?

I've other Tapo devices in my network, in the same wifi but only this is having issue.
