Hi,

The problem seems you can't control your Tapo C200 remotely, please reboot the camera and your router, then check if it will solve the problem. 

If the problem remains, please check the following information for further analysis.

1. Please ensure the camera's firmware and the Tapo app are up to date.

2. Check if you can watch the live view page of the Tapo C200 and change the camera settings when away from home.

3. Who is your ISP? What's the model number of your router? 

Please check if your router is working fine. If yes, change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 for a try.

4. Refer to the tips in the below link to check if the motion detection settings are correct on the camera.
