Hi,
For the Tapo C310 V1, please try the following steps.
1) Turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, then turn on the camera.
2) Wait for two minutes, and check if the LED on the camera changes.
3) If not, press and hold on the reset button for 5-10s, and then check if the LED changes.
4) If the problem remains, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
