Hi,

I've got two C200-cameras, one which is updating firmware as it is supposed to but the other one just plain refuses and keeps saying that it is up to date (which it isnt as its running 1.1.18). 

I've factory reset it a bunch of times to no avail, I've moved to the same location as the one that is working (using the powerchord from the working one) but still - it won't update firmware and says it's up to date. 

Anyone have any pointers or ideas on how to continue troubleshooting?
