Model: Tapo T110   Tapo H200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.10 Build 20230106 rel. 17293

Hello everybody!

I just bought a camera pack model C420S2 that includes the Hub H200. Everything it's okay with the cameras and I configured the Hub without any problems.

In addition, I bought a couple of sensors for doors and windows model T110 and it's impossible to configure/add/pair it. I receive an error when I select my Hub. "Your hub's current firmware version is not supported to add this device". The version of the Hub is updated to the last version by the way.

Error - Hub H200 and T110 Sensor

Somebody could help?

Thanks!

  @Stgo I have exactly the same problem with tapo T100 movement sensor and H200 hub. The message "Your hub's current firmware version is not supported to add this device" appears when I try to connect the T100 sensor.

I would appreciate a quick answer from someone of tp-link staff.

Thanks

  @saputo

@Stgo

Thank you very much for sharing the feedback. Good news is that Tapo hub 200 supporting senors is already in the roadmap!

Please stay tuned and it is suggested keeping an eye for the firmware update for Tapo H200 in the app.  Based on the latest new, ETA is around the next 1 or 2 months.

If there is any updated information, we will let the community know by updating on this topic  Can't connect tapo devices to the h200 hub

Thank you for your patience while the team is working on bringing us a better and more useful device.
