I've connected the dimmer switch several times, but the lights just keep flashing on and off. The green and orange symbol flashes very fast with the orange barely appearing. It will not allow me to connect to the wifi either. I've tried resetting, but it doesn't do anything. Can you explain if this is an installation problem or a faulty switch?
