for several days I've tried to set up my smart plug to my network to no avail, my router is a BT Home Hub5, 2.4g, wpa2 encryption, I've followed the instructions to the letter, the plug seems to go through the motions of connecting with the green light flashing quickly but then turns to slow orange and green, the app say failed to connect to network. The phone I'm using is an Iphone 7+, Ive also tried an Iphone 10.
