1 - ground. I see copper wire on back of the metal box attached to screw. So my question is, do I connect the new green ground wire to the same screw at the back of the metal box?

2 - load or live wire. So I see 3 black wires connected to switch. The top part of switch has 1 black wire (which I assume is live wire but not sure) and the bottom part of switch has 2 black wires connected (I assume this is load wires , not sure). Also don't know why I have 2 black wires on bottom of switch. The new Kasa switch has only 2 black wires, so question is what do I do with the extra black wire?

Anyone care to shed some light?
