As of yesterday, July 15, when I try to open the tplinkcloud.com site I get an error that says "502 Bad Gateway"
I've tried different browsers, Edge, Chrome, Brave, Firefox and Palemoon, all with the same result.  I've tried different computers and also tried opening the site on my smart phone using cellular data (to rule out home network problems) but again with the same result.
Surely I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Is anyone else getting that error? Do you know how to fix it?

There was an outage with some services and now has been fixed on July 18th,2022.

Kindly check here [Fix] July 15th TP-Link Cloud website 502 bad gateway Error Now Fixed  for more details.

It's good to see that the cloud is back, but I received another message from TP Link technical Phoebe to say it would not re-open. Their left hand doesn't seem to know what their right hand is doing.

"I consulted our related department and it is very unlikely that it will open again, as the product is also no longer available for sale, so it is not recommended that you continue to wait."

It seems that the support misunderstand what has happened due to asymmetric information.
